Weekly Hair Wellness
The first day
For the first day, start by oiling your hair using homemade almond oil, which is nourishing and light. Massage your scalp for 2-3 minutes, leave the oil on for 10 minutes, then detangle and braid your hair.
The second day
The second day involves applying a hair mask made with coconut milk and curry leaves. Blend fresh coconut and curry leaves with water, strain the mixture, and apply it from the scalp to the tips. Gently massage for 2-3 minutes, leave it on for 15 minutes, and rinse with mild shampoo. Avoid acidic ingredients for children under 6.
The third day
On the third day, simply comb and braid your hair, allowing it to breathe naturally.
The fourth and fifth days
For the fourth and fifth days, reapply almond oil or use any hair oil of your choice. Focus on maintaining a balanced diet rich in proteins, vitamins, fruits, nuts, and green vegetables for overall health and hair nourishment.
The sixth day
The sixth day involves using a hair pack made with flaxseeds. Boil three tablespoons of flaxseeds in a cup of water for five minutes until it forms a gel-like consistency. Cool the mixture, add a tablespoon of coconut oil, mix well, and apply it section by section. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse with a mild shampoo.
The seventh day
The seventh day is for resting your hair. Comb and braid it, as usual, keeping things simple.
This routine, followed weekly, can significantly improve hair health and growth.
